If you receive a damaged product out of the box, email email@example.com immediately and we will contact you to make the situation right.

If you would like to return your undamaged product, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you with shipping info.
The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging or the return may not be accepted.
The product must be sent back within 30 days of original delivery, and received by us within 45 days, or the return may not be accepted.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
You are responsible for paying all costs associated with shipping the item to be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
